Indoor Sales Professional with German

• Economic/Technical studies are an advantage
• Previous experience in Customer Service and/or Sales-related fields
• German and English for business use are mandatory
• Computer skills related to Microsoft Office; mid-level Excel knowledge
• SAP Knowledge or different ERP experience is mandatory

• Conducts basic technical discussions with customers for standard products
• Handles incoming RFQs and orders
• Manages customer interactions regarding quotes, order confirmations, and order status
• Processes standard and mid-complex quotes and orders
• Performs quote follow-up and standard sales quote & order pricing
• Supports CRM data registration and maintenance
• Registers tickets for presales or sales-related subprocesses
• Sends out purchase orders to suppliers and updates delivery times
• Provides basic administrative support for claims
• Supports local entities with presales and sales tasks
• Resolves sales quotes and order issues with local entities
• Reviews and validates supplier and customer invoices
• Acts as a back-up for colleagues on leave
• Trains and guides new joiners
• Provides support to colleagues and the extended team
• Offers ad hoc support for projects and initiatives
• Prioritizes tasks and manages time to meet deadlines.
