Candidatul Ideal

PuntoUP Professional Recruitment is hiring a Brand Representative with German for an international partner in digital marketing. If you are creative, communicative, and fluent in German, and you enjoy building strong online communities while providing excellent written customer support — this role could be the perfect fit for you.
Main purpose of the job

Manage the brand’s online presence and customer communication for the German market, by creating engaging content, interacting with the community, and ensuring a consistent, positive brand experience across all digital channels.

Candidate profile
  • Excellent command of German (almost native) and advanced English.
  • Previous experience in social media management, community management, or customer support.
  • Good understanding of social media engagement and online communication.
  • Strong writing skills with attention to tone, accuracy, and detail.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Previous experience, studies, or residence in Germany is a strong advantage, offering valuable cultural and market insights.

  • Create engaging posts for the brand’s German social media channels (organic and paid).
  • Interact with followers and customers by responding to comments, messages, and emails in a friendly and professional way.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance to optimize engagement and reach.
  • Foster a positive and active online community around the brand.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and global marketing strategy.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and adapt creative ideas to the brand’s communication style.
  • Provide high-quality written support to customers via email and social media channels.
  • Identify recurring issues or feedback trends and escalate them to the marketing or product team.
  • Gather, interpret, and share customer insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Ensure every interaction reflects empathy, professionalism, and brand consistency.
