Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Minimum 7 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in team management
Experience in unionized workplaces and collective bargaining agreements
Solid knowledge of industrial relations, labor law, OHS, and quality management systems
Fluent in English (interview will be conducted in English)
Preferably proficient in MS Office, SAP SuccessFactors applications
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skillsAdvanced reporting, analytical, and presentation abilities

About the Position
We are looking for a Human Resources Manager for FPS Flexibles Romania S.R.L. located in Negresti-Oas.
This position will be responsible for managing all HR and administrative processes for around 500 employees.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all HR functions including Recruitment, Compensation, Performance Management, Training & Development, Industrial Relations, and Payroll & Personnel Administration
Ensure all HR practices comply with labor laws and related local regulations
Implement and follow global practices into local settings
Launch initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and performance
Manage compensation and benefits, prepare and manage HR budget, do payroll
Play an active role in union relations and collective bargaining processes
Ensure consistency and transparency in disciplinary actions, in coordination with plant leadership
Support managers on employee-related decisions
Promote fairness and clarity in HR practices through regular communication with employees
