Objective of Position - You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
Main duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department supports our employees while conforming to labor laws.
Obligations, duties:
Prepare all contracts, addendums and all personnel related documents and keep all the personnel files updated and accurate.
Support employees with all work-related documents they require.
Prepare HR reports for management.
Prepare reports and statistics for authorities.
Ensure and coordinate that all employees have their medical benefit updated with the provider.
Makes appointments for employees to compulsory labor medicine and labor protection training and keeping it up to date according to the legislation.
Ensuring and coordinating that all employees have the compulsory hygiene courses, first aid trainings up to date.
Support line managers with all employees related issues (e.g missconduct, emergency situations, etc)
Offer support in HR processes (such as, but not limited to, collecting documents and filing them to, offer employees the necessary forms to be filled in for HR purposes, performing exit interviews, internal rules presentation for employees, etc)
Support the HR Manager in performing tasks related to salary calculation (sending and collecting time attendance info from all departments, verifying data as instructed by HR Manager etc)
Support HR Manager with onboarding of new employess as per set hotels policies and procedures.
Undertake any other administrative tasks relating to the role.
Represents the hotel in a positive and effective manner if necessary.
Respond to requests by fellow employees in a knowledgeable, professional, constructive and respectful manner.
Establish effective and efficient information flow within departments.
Represent the hotel within the work frame of the job competence, responsibilities, and obligations.
Support HR Manager with immigration processes.
Attend and contribute actively and constructively at staff meetings.
