Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an HR Manager to join our team and act as a key partner to clinic management. In this role, you will help bridge local operations in Romania with the broader Group HR framework, ensuring alignment, consistency, and high-quality HR practices.
Candidate profile
3–5 years of experience in an HR role (e.g., HR Generalist, HR Specialist, HR Business Partner)
Ability to work independently and manage operational HR topics with confidence
Solid knowledge of employment law
Experience in the healthcare sector and knowledge of relevant legislation is a plus
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a practical, solution-oriented mindset
Experience working in matrix or multinational environments is an advantage
Advanced English skills (written and spoken)
Comfortable making independent decisions in day-to-day HR matters

Oversee the HR agenda across three clinic locations
Lead recruitment activities, partnering with managers to attract and hire for open roles
Coordinate employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, contract changes, and offboarding
Provide day-to-day HR guidance and support to managers on employment law and people management topics
Manage HR data, reporting, and support workforce and cost planning activities
Implement and ensure adoption of Group HR policies, processes, and standards at local level

Balance local business priorities with corporate guidelines and best practices
