Job Description
As the Administrative & Payroll Manager, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency. This is a dual-impact role: you’ll lead the strategic oversight of our administrative functions while ensuring our payroll processes are executed with surgical precision. We are looking for a seasoned professional who balances a "people-first" mentality with a data-driven approach to compliance and reporting.

Payroll & Compensation Strategy
- End-to-End Processing: Oversee the preparation, distribution, and management of complex payroll, ensuring 100% accuracy and timeliness.
- Compliance & Tax: Ensure all payroll practices align with local, state, and regulations.
- Systems Management: Lead the implementation of HRIS/Payroll software.
- Audit & Reporting: Conduct regular internal audits and prepare detailed reports on labor costs, overtime trends, and budget variances.
Administrative Leadership
- Admin Operations: Prepare the hiring process A-Z for each new joiner, exit documents, and any other employee documentation
- Policy Development: Design and implement administrative SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to improve organizational scaling.
- Executive Support: Manage high-level administrative projects and provide guidance to the executive team on operational bottlenecks.
Team Management
- Mentorship: Lead and develop a small team of administrative and payroll coordinators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between Finance and HR to ensure data integrity across departments.
