- This is a fixed-term position (2 years), with the possibility of extension
- Advice and independent implementation of international employee assignments with regard to tax and social security law as well as communication with offices and authorities (e.g. A1 forms)
- Participation in the creation and updating of guidelines regarding global mobility
- Contact person for teams in international assignments
- Independent preparation of payroll accounting
- Evaluation of various internal HR key figures
- Implementation of time management and maintenance of internal databases in SAP
- Settlement of travel expenses
- Administration of entries and exits as well as associated reporting (social security, etc.)
- Ongoing master data maintenance
