Touroperator Join UP! Romania, is looking for the right candidate in operation department for the position of help desk specialist who need:

1) Efficiently receiving, analyzing, and resolving individual requests from clients, travel agents, or partners.
2) Providing professional and detailed information regarding the company's product offerings, including information about hotel units, the specifics of tourist resorts, excursion programs, and other related services, ensuring a correct and transparent presentation of these to clients and partners.
3) Providing technical assistance and consultancy for agents within partner travel agencies, facilitating the correct and efficient use of the company's booking systems.
4) Establishing and maintaining effective and trustworthy collaborative relationships with partner agencies in Romania and the Republic of Moldova through constant communication and providing quick and efficient solutions for any issues that arise.
5) Active cooperation with technical teams and other departments to identify and implement optimal solutions that meet client needs, continuously improving the services offered and the company's performance.
