Your Profile
You speak fluent Italian or Spanish (B2–C1 level);
You have a positive attitude and a solution-oriented mindset;
You communicate clearly and treat customers with patience and empathy;
You work well in a team and enjoy learning new things;
You are comfortable using a computer and online tools.Previous experience in Customer Support is an advantage but not required — we provide full training.
Your Responsibilities
Provide support and information to customers via email, chat, or phone;
Identify their needs and offer efficient, personalized solutions;
Maintain professional and friendly communication in every interaction;
Follow internal procedures and uphold the company’s quality standards.

Stable work schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 – 19:00;
