We are seeking a commercially driven Head of Sales & Strategic Partnerships to lead the growth and positioning of two of Cluj’s most distinctive hotel and rooftop destinations: Vibre Hotel and C'est la Vie Rooftop Restaurant.
This senior leadership role will shape the commercial vision, strategic partnerships, and premium event positioning of both venues. The successful candidate will develop high-value relationships with brands, corporate clients, and the local business community while driving revenue through curated experiences, private events, and exclusive collaborations.This is an opportunity to play a defining role in building two venues into Cluj’s leading lifestyle, dining, and rooftop event destinations.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy & Revenue Leadership
  • Define and execute the overall sales and revenue strategy for both venues
  • Identify new commercial opportunities across corporate hospitality, private events, and brand activations
  • Set ambitious revenue targets and monitor performance through structured reporting
  • Continuously analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitive positioning
Strategic Partnerships & Business Development
  • Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with premium brands, corporate organizations, agencies, and cultural communities
  • Develop creative collaborations that enhance brand visibility and guest experience
  • Expand the venues’ presence within the local and international lifestyle ecosystem
  • Represent the venues at high-level networking events and industry gatherings
Events & Private Experiences
  • Oversee the commercial strategy for corporate events, private celebrations, brand launches, and exclusive gatherings
  • Design compelling event propositions tailored to premium clientele
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure profitable event structures
  • Work closely with operations to ensure exceptional execution
  • Lead and inspire the sales and events team
  • Establish clear KPIs and performance objectives
  • Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and commercial excellence
Client & Brand Experience
  • Maintain relationships with VIP clients and key partners
  • Ensure every commercial engagement reflects the venues’ premium positioning
  • Protect and strengthen brand reputation through exceptional service and communication
Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in hospitality sales, partnerships, or business development
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships
  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Experience leading teams and managing complex sales pipelines
  • Highly connected within business, lifestyle, or hospitality networks
  • Fluent English required (Romanian preferred)
