Head of Collection Department

• Experience in building and implementing vital algorithms and processes for the department’s work
• Analytical skills to perform statistical data on qualitative indicators
• Experience in recruiting and training staff, working with onboarding
• Interaction and maintenance of partnerships with external collection

• Management of a department
• At least one year of experience in a managerial position
• Ability to work in stressful situations and make effective decisions
• Have leadership qualities and be a team player
• English language skills, A2 and more

• Maintain headcount at target (in accordance with the financial model)
• Achieving growth in the collection amount in accordance with planned financial indicators
• Study of instructions and processes, specifics of the work of the collection department
• Compliance with the target talk time , and reducing the length of time agents stay in the Available status
• Monitoring compliance with target indicators of Team Leaders and their teams
• Monitoring the company’s mails and customer feedback. Providing customer responses to their requests
• Cooperation and preparation of documents for external collection

• Compliance of the work of the collection department in accordance with company standards
• Analyze data on the work of Team Leaders, teams and agents, in order to maintain quality indicators in accordance with rules
• Maintaining internal regulatory documents and acts regulating the activities of the company
• Ensure achievement of Internal Collection indicators
• Maintaining the work strategy of the collection department and complying with all scripts, instructions and rules in full
• Ensuring the growth of the team’s quality indicators and performance as a whole
