Location: Bucharest – Hybrid
Main Purpose of the Job: The Functional / Application Consultant identifies the functional and business requirements of the company's clients, understands business problems and opportunities, and recommends solutions. The role involves designing the solution from a functional perspective, drafting functional specifications and related documentation, configuring the software solution according to those specifications, and assisting clients with testing.
Job Profile:
Perform business analysis and provide consulting during implementation projects.
Act as an intermediary between interested parties, consolidating the views of business stakeholders to validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, and information systems.
Extract requirements based on project documentation and analysis meetings.
Elaborate and validate the functional specifications document and test scenarios, working closely with the implementation team.
Validate functional specifications together with clients.
Construct workflow charts and diagrams for business processes.
Elaborate the business model and define workflows based on business interviews, flow diagrams, state diagrams, class diagrams, and logical design.
Provide functional and administration training to clients for the implemented solutions.
Support product development teams in developing new features and adapting existing features to specific requirements.
Configure the solution for clients according to functional specifications.
Create and validate test scenarios and plans with clients.
Prepare and present previews of the solution to clients.
Prepare training materials and support training sessions for clients.

Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position; experience in international projects is an advantage.
Previous experience with ECM (Enterprise Content Management), DMS (Document Management Systems), BPM (Business Process Management), or RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is an advantage.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communicator, able to explain difficult concepts to business users.
Ambition and willingness to work hard to support the company's accelerated growth.
High level of energy and enthusiasm, approaching projects and team management with a proactive and positive attitude.
Proactive approach and a goal-oriented mindset, focused on achieving and exceeding objectives.
Certifications or courses for Business Analyst, Process Analyst, ITIL, or Agile Methodology are an advantage.
