• 2-4 years of hands-on experience with the Pega platform.
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification.
• Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with SQL/PLSQL and data modeling concepts.
• Knowledge of XML technologies including XSD, XSLT, XQuery, and XPath.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
• English language proficiency (B2 level or higher).

• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Git and automated testing practices.
• Experience with Pega integration capabilities such as Connect REST/SOAP, Data Pages, and Services.
• Familiarity with GenAI tools for development and documentation activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Equivalent combination of education, professional training, and relevant experience will also be considered.
