Front Office Supervisor - The Marmorosch Hotel

• Has a very good command of the English language
• A second foreign language at a conversational level is a plus
• Possesses good computer skills
• Is a strong team player with excellent communication abilities
• Previous experience in hospitality is an advantage
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and attention to detail
• Is highly guest-focused and service-driven

• Coordinate and supervise the Front Office team during shifts
• Support the Front Office Manager in scheduling, team coordination, and training
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by providing prompt, efficient, and courteous service throughout the guest journey (arrival, stay, and departure)
• Ensure all hotel standards and procedures are consistently followed by team members
• Delegate tasks and monitor their completion
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of daily operational tasks
• Supervise cashier closures and ensure all transactions, adjustments, and postings are accurate and compliant with hotel procedures
