Candidatul Ideal

Job Summary:

We are seeking a well-presented, confident, and personable Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate must be very well-groomed, possess excellent English communication skills, and provide professional and efficient administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the front office.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
  • Very good appearance and professional presentation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High level of punctuality and reliability
  • Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in hospitality, administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in a corporate or client-facing environment
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in fluent English
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as required
  • Provide basic and accurate information to guests and clients
  • Serve coffee, water, or refreshments to clients, candidates, and other guests as part of office protocol
  • Ensure meeting rooms are properly set up and tidy before and after client visits or interviews
  • Coordinate with other departments for administrative support
  • Assist HR or Office Manager with clerical tasks as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
