Freight Forwarder - Linehaul Optimization

Your Goal: Building a client base and maximizing the efficiency of our linehaul routes through strategic cargo consolidation.

What will you be doing?

• Hunting for opportunities: You will independently identify and acquire new clients (manufacturers, exporters) whose cargo fits our regular linehaul routes.
• Building relationships: Cold calling isn't a hurdle for you; it’s a challenge. You know how to convince a client that their first pallet is in safe hands with us.
• Linehaul Optimization: You’ll manage top-ups and consolidation, calculating loading meters (LDM) to ensure every linehaul truck runs at maximum capacity and profitability.
• Pricing & Negotiations: You’ll communicate with carriers and clients, focusing on securing the best possible margins for "filler" cargo.

You think logically: You can quickly calculate if a client’s cargo "makes sense" as a top-up for a specific scheduled route.
You speak English: At a level that allows you to communicate fluently with drivers or foreign partners.
You are ambitious: You want to become an expert in linehaul efficiency and play a genuine role in the company’s growth.
