Why This Role Matters
As a Fleet Back Office Agent, you play a key role in ensuring the accurate administration of fleet contracts, billing processes, and master data. You will support both internal teams and external partners, helping deliver high-quality services while maintaining operational efficiency and data accuracy across systems.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end fleet contract setup in SAP, including customer, pricing, vehicles, and billing configurations.
- Maintain and update fleet master data (customers, vendors, contracts, fleet lists, pricing, and assets).
- Handle billing activities, including pre-invoicing checks, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely month-end closure.
- Support customer and service provider queries (invoicing, pricing, mileage, and service-related requests).
- Perform and support system activities such as job monitoring, intercompany processes, and vendor self-billing.
- Collaborate closely with Front Office teams, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to process improvements, testing activities, and act as a point of support for junior team members.
