Candidatul Ideal
- Fluent in German for daily business operations and communication with management and team
- Structured and detail-oriented work style
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience in fleet management or administrative processes is a plus
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Onboarding will take place on-site in Dreieich, Germany for 4–6 weeks

This role offers hands-on experience in fleet operations, financial processes, and cross-functional collaboration within an international environment.
- Controlling and processing all vehicle-related invoices – reviewing and coding invoices
- Handling invoice complaints with suppliers and workshops – verbal and written communication
- Creating uploads for collective invoices using Excel
- Entering data into fleet software (e.g., accidents, incidents, etc.)
- Managing the fleet inventory of the CWS Group Germany with approx. 2,000 vehicles
- Processing and monitoring new vehicle orders up to handover and final decommissioning
- Daily mail processing
- Supporting the fleet team in day-to-day operations
- Supporting the central fleet account
- Performing various fleet-related tasks
