Candidatul Ideal

An international distributor of Safety & Security equipment (CCTV, Fire Detection, Control Access) is looking for a B2B Sales Representative who enjoys working with technical solutions and building long-term client relationships. This role is focused on consultative sales, market development, and on-site client interaction.

🔹 Mandatory Requirements (WHAT IS NEEDED)

Previous B2B sales experience, preferably in Safety & Security equipment

Knowledge of, or ability to quickly learn, technologies such as:

video surveillance systems

intrusion detection systems

access control and intercom systems

University degree (technical or economic)

English proficiency – minimum B2 level

Valid driving license

Good command of MS Office and internet tools

Basic financial and analytical skills

Availability to travel for client meetings

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and sales skills

Proactive, responsible, flexible, and results-oriented mindset

Genuine interest in technology and alignment with company goals

❌ It does NOT involve aggressive sales or pure cold calling

❌ It is NOT an installation or technical service role

🔹 What the role involves (WHAT IS REQUIRED)
Key Responsibilities:

Selling Safety & Security equipment and solutions to system integrators and B2B clients

Understanding client needs and proposing tailored technical solutions

Managing and developing relationships with existing clients

Actively identifying new business opportunities (prospecting, meetings, presentations, negotiations)

Frequent field visits (approximately 70% of working time)

Conducting market research and prospecting activities

Preparing sales plans and periodic sales reports

Providing client support before and after sales

Participating in marketing and business development initiatives
