• Set up and coordinate technical implementations with external partners and our central EDI provider CONXPERT (e.g., ORDERS, INVOIC, DESADV);
• 2nd Level support for all EDI related incidents (inbound / outbound);
• Operate and monitor all EDI processes within the SAP environment;
• Create and maintain documentation for the EDI connections to our customers & suppliers.

• Experience in SAP Processes (ideally SD & MM);
• Understanding of common EDI standards (EDIFACT, XML, ANSI X12…);
• Strong knowledge of SAP Idoc processing;
• Experience in performing 2nd level support;
• Experience in interfaces, data structure and data mapping;
• Excellent communication skills for communication against customers, suppliers, EDI providers and internal departments;
• Communication in English language is essential, additional German language skills an advantage.
