Job Description
- Handle player inquiries via live chat, or ticket systems
- Resolve issues related to accounts, payments, gameplay, and bugs
- Escalate complex issues to internal teams when necessary
- Maintain a positive and professional tone when communicating with players
- Provide feedback to improve game experience and support processes
- Fully remote position
- Flexible working hours (EU time zone preferred)
- Shift-based schedule may be required
