Distribution Team Leader

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Coordinate the warehouse activities: receiving, picking, shipping; 
* Coordinate Distribution team in preparing and processing distribution orders; 
* Ensures the correct level of inventory; 
* Create metrics and reports for management support; 
* Maintain relationship   with suppliers for goods used in warehouse; 
* Function of the structure of the team can cover all the responsibilities of the coordinator plus: represents the team - acts as main contact for the BU regarding the activity of the team; 
* Leads performance indicators implementation, goals setting process and performance evaluations; 
* Develops, coaches and motivates team members or his coordinators;
*  Implements and supervises the back-ups; recruits of necessary resources. 
* Leads teams having complex activities, or larger teams having a structure of coordinators in place. I
* Involved in compensation and represents the escalation point for all matters regarding the team.

For This Role, You Will Need:

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
* 3-5 years experience in Supply Chain (Materials Management)   
* Experience in leading teams

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 
* Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
* Fluent English language skills - verbal, reading and writing;
