Your key responsibilities:

- Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and chat;
- Provide information and guidance about products, answering any questions customers may have;
- Focus on finding solutions and delivering the information customers need to resolve their cases;
- Record and escalate customer feedback to help improve our services.
