We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will support customers and the sales team with order processing, delivery coordination, invoicing, and day-to-day customer communication.
This is a great opportunity for someone with up to 2 years of experience in customer service or administration who would like to develop their career in an international environment. Experience with SAP is considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders from entry to delivery
- Support customers and sales representatives with day-to-day communication
- Prepare quotations and follow up on offers
- Process orders and maintain accurate data in SAP and internal systems
- Monitor delivery schedules and communicate any delays to customers
- Send order confirmations and coordinate delivery timelines
- Handle invoicing, credit notes, pre-payments, and payment follow-ups
- Support complaint and claims handling together with the sales team
- Maintain customer and product master data in SAP
- Coordinate with production, logistics, finance, and other internal departments
- Ensure smooth and efficient customer service processes
- Contribute to process improvements and workflow optimization
What We Are Looking For
- Up to 2 years of experience in customer service, administration, sales support, or a similar role
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Problem-solving attitude and proactive approach
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- English language skills at B2–C1 level
Nice to Have
- Experience working with SAP
- Experience with ERP or order management systems
- MS Office 365 knowledge
