Job Description
Prompt response to customer inquiries via online chats, email, calls and social media, no worries, you will not handle all of them in the same time!
Providing consultations on functionality, technical issues, and service aspects. Customers may also contact you without a specific question, just for communication or expressing concerns
Achieving personal performance targets and contributing to departmental customer service goals
⏰Work schedule:
German: Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00, with Saturday shifts based on a rotating schedule; and compensatory day off.
Spanish: Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00
