The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to handle multiple requests efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels to maintain a good relationship, but also to anticipate their needs
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner, and analyse customer forecasts and collaborate with other departments to ensure product availability
  • Validates the accuracy of order values against the approved commercial offers
  • Places orders with suppliers, obtains confirmations, and ensures timely delivery
  • Takes ownership within the scope of competence for resolving unforeseen situations
  • Participates in monthly and annual inventory processes
  • Maintain the confidentiality of processes, commercial information, and sensitive company data
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures
  • Process orders, requests, returns, and complaints in accordance with company guidelines
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance overall customer experience
