What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in the gaming industry, ideally in a client support or customer service role.
- Knowledge of sports betting products, betting markets and sportsbook operations is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with gaming products and a passion for the industry.
- Proactive and collaborative mindset, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Disciplined and able to maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.

- Responding promptly and accurately to player queries related to sportsbook via email and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handling and resolving sportsbook-specific inquiries, including questions about betting rules, odds, markets, settlements and account-related matters.
- Liaising directly with the sportsbook provider to obtain accurate answers and resolutions for complex player queries.
- Identifying player needs and proactively addressing them with effective solutions.
- Following up with players to ensure the timely resolution of any technical issues they may encounter.
- Keeping players informed about new sportsbook features, upcoming events and functionalities to enhance their betting experience.
- Configuring specialized tools, such as online chat, to provide seamless and efficient support.
- Collecting valuable player feedback and collaborating with internal teams and the sportsbook provider to improve our services.
- Cultivating player loyalty and fostering long-term customer retention.
- Meeting monthly goals and targets to contribute to the success of the team.
- Preparing comprehensive reports on relevant support activities.
