Candidatul Ideal

In Sibiu we are recruiting an entry-level professional for an international company that develops a suite of software solutions dedicated to managing large-scale events (trade shows, exhibitions, global conferences). The company’s platform provides the digital infrastructure required to run complex events across the globe.

This is a dynamic and interactive role within a B2B environment, offering international exposure. It is not a traditional customer service role: challenges arise constantly in different contexts, and each situation requires attention to detail, adaptability, and a solution-oriented mindset. You will work closely with clients and internal teams, directly contributing to the successful delivery of global projects.

Candidate Profile:
  • bachelor’s degree;
  • fluent communication skills in English (both written and verbal);
  • previous experience in support web-based applications, ideally;
  • basic understanding of PC hardware setup and configuration;
  • technical support experience is considered an advantage;
  • excellent written and oral communication skills, quick learning ability, self-initiative, and strong teamwork skills are prerequisites;
  • ability to work in an organised and effective manner, both independently and as part of a dispersed team;
  • strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills;
  • availability to work in a three-shift schedule;
  • available for occasional international travel.

Responsibilities:
  • responsible for providing customer support via email, telephone and onsite;
  • assist customers in using a suite of software products (configuration, setup, etc.);
  • identify issues, investigate root causes, and recommend solutions to reported problems;
  • resolve complex customer-related software usage and installation issues;
  • support event organisers with setting up machines onsite when needed;
  • provide comprehensive and clear support in a timely manner to exceed client expectations and customer service levels;
  • improve customer satisfaction by increasing responsiveness and anticipating customer needs;
  • maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services;
  • work according to the provided procedure;
  • actively engage in continuous improvement by highlighting suggestions and opportunities to the line manager;
  • demonstrate commitment to the company’s core values.
