Requirements
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA (mandatory)
- Basic to intermediate accounting knowledge
- Good understanding of invoicing, payments, VAT, and financial documentation
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Customer-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail

- Manage customer orders, quotations, deliveries, and invoicing processes
- Process and monitor transactions in SAP S/4HANA
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, payments, and documentation
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, warehouse, and accounting departments
- Follow up on overdue payments and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Maintain accurate customer and transaction records
- Support month-end administrative and accounting activities
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolution
- Prepare reports and operational documentation in English
