- Process rail and hotel booking requests using client-specific applications and tools
- Communicate with clients’ points of sale via phone, chat, or email to ensure timely booking processing
- Update systems with relevant information accurately
- Ensure high-quality transactions in line with predefined standards
- Follow attendance schedules and team guidelines
- Support process improvement initiatives and assist the supervisor as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
Must-have:
- Fluent in French and English (C1 level)
- Knowledge of the travel domain
- Basic experience with Amadeus
- Strong PC skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Quick computer navigation
- Excellent communication and active listening
- Customer-service focused
- Teamwork, adaptability, and self-discipline
- Problem-solving and multitasking ability
