Ideal candidate:
We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to actively support and educate our customers over the operational software they are using.
Working in an international and multi-cultural company, the Customer Care Specialist will be proposed international travel opportunities, immersive experience on board an offshore vessel and exciting perspective for career development.
Required soft skills:

- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Eager to learn
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with varying personalities
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Required education:
- 2+ years of customer service experience with a minimum of 1 year of inbound call center experience in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED certificate.
- Associate degree preferred but not required.

Within the framework of Digital Solution Department, the Customer Care Specialist will shoulder the following responsibilities:
- Provide customers with a one-stop resolution and education on products and services;
- Provide account information and/or status;
- Solve product or service-related problems;
- Display positive, professional and empathetic customer-focused approach;
- Utilize tools and online resource materials to be confident and competent in the delivery of accurate information while navigating through multiple computer applications proficiently;
- Develop and maintain product, process and technical knowledge related to services;
- Exhibit effective communication skills tailored to the audience;
- Able to document customer interactions in a clear and concise manner.
