We are looking for a colleague who genuinely enjoys helping people, is highly organized and gets satisfaction from taking a request from “Can you help me with this?” to “Done.”

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in customer care, travel, hospitality, guest relations, concierge or executive/personal assistance is an advantage;
• Excellent Romanian and English communication skills;
• Strong organization and ability to manage several requests simultaneously;
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership;
• Patience, diplomacy and a genuine service mindset;
• Ability to stay calm and solution-focused when priorities change;

What you’ll do

You will be a key point of contact for our clients, understand their needs and find and coordinate the right solutions, including:

• travel arrangements, accommodation and transportation;
• restaurants, entertainment and events;
• medical appointments;
• home and administrative services;
• special or last-minute requests.

You will communicate with clients and suppliers, follow each request through to completion and keep clients informed along the way.

• 5,000–6,500 RON net/month, depending on experience;

A note about our schedule: Concierge services operate 24/7, so the role includes shift work and occasional on-call availability. We want to be transparent about this from the beginning: additional availability and overtime are compensated accordingly, and the working schedule will be discussed clearly during the recruitment process.
