Candidatul Ideal
Profilul cautat:
- Studii superioare tehnice (Inginerie).
- Experienta de minim 5 ani in coordonarea echipelor tehnice sau dispecerat service.
- Abilitati excelente de "People Management" si capacitate de a mentine echipa motivata.
- Limba engleza – nivel mediu/avansat (documentatie tehnica si relatia cu producatorii).
- Persoana organizata, calma, cu discernamant in gestionarea urgentelor.
- Permis de conducere categoria B.
Descrierea jobului
- Organizarea si planificarea riguroasa a activitatii echipei de 16 tehnicieni de service.
- Gestionarea fluxului complet de service: solicitare client, deviz, comanda, urmarire fise de interventie si trimitere catre facturare.
- Oferirea de suport tehnic de specialitate echipei din teren si feedback constant catre clienti.
- Optimizarea rutelor de deplasare si a costurilor operationale ale departamentului.
- Verificarea calitatii lucrarilor efectuate si participarea directa la interventiile cu grad ridicat de complexitate.
- Mentinerea relatiei cu partenerii externi si coordonarea instruirilor tehnice pentru echipa.
