- Independent handling of incoming customer orders for counterbalance trucks, including order entry via the SAP configuration tool to generate bills of material for production, based on acquired technical knowledge.
- Full responsibility for the accuracy of order confirmations and invoicing.
- Coordination with internal and external interfaces, taking into account customer-specific requirements.
- Acting as a communication interface between customers and sales, as well as internal departments such as development, production, and logistics, both verbally and in writing.
- Processing customer complaints, including the creation of credit and debit notes.
- Maintenance and updating of master data in SAP.
