- Speaks English at an advanced level
- 2 years of experience in logistics/transport, with at least 1 year in a team coordination role or similar activities.
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent), B2B portals, and transport documentation
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills to support fast and accurate decision-making.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change, with a practical, solution-oriented mindset.

Your daily tasks:
- Coordinates the activity of the shipping back-office team and ensures compliance with delivery deadlines and internal procedures.
- Checks packaging accuracy and ensures compliance with customer requirements and internal standards.
- Oversees the preparation and verification of transport documentation (CMR, Delivery Note, Packing List, Dispatch Note, Commercial Invoice), as well as the correct data entry in the ERP system.
- Analyzes discrepancies reported by the team and approves corrective solutions.
- Monitors truck load utilization, compliance with time windows, and loading dock occupancy.
- Supervises the correct entry of data and documents into customer and third-party (B2B) portals, including packaging-related information.
- Ensures legal and fiscal compliance by verifying the timely declaration of deliveries in the UIT system.
- Coordinates collaboration with factory teams to prioritize special orders and emergency situations (e.g. backlog, complaints).
- Analyzes weekly/monthly performance indicator reports and submits them to management.
