For our Workshop in Ploiesti West Park, we are looking for a CNC Operator/ QC. Ideal candidate must be able to work independently, be accurate and have good English and PC skills.

Key responsibilities:
- Load/ unload parts on the CNC machine
- Distinguish and identify proper tooling/ fixtures and jaws for efficient set-up
- Inspect cutting tools
- Observe machine operation to verify accuracy of CNC machine settings and to detect malfunctions, using precision measuring instruments such as micrometer and dial caliper. Adjust CNC machine to control the process
- Is familiar with quality standards, inspections standards and monitors continuously application for all quality assurance processes
- Controls the distribution and archiving of all quality documents related to the thread repair process, manufacturing process and ensures 100% document traceability
- Issues and tracks non-conformance reports
- Performs all daily inspections and tests necessary to achieve the quality required in the engineering drawings, specifications and applicable standards
- Participate in audits held by client or internal audits
- Review supplier material certificates
