Your Profile:
• You have completed training as a medical assistant (MFA) • Alternatively, you have several years of professional experience in a dental practice
• Or you have a solid commercial background along with relevant practical experience in the medical, dental, or healthcare sector
• You have very good German language skills (B2/C1), both written and spoken
• You work reliably and independently and have a strong customer-oriented mindset

Your Responsibilities:
You play a central role in ensuring that policyholders of a German insurance company receive competent, reliable, and transparent support regarding their applications and benefits. Your key tasks include:
• Application and Contract Management: You are responsible for the comprehensive handling of application and contract processes in private health insurance. You independently review contract-related requests such as amendments, extensions, and cancellations.
• Claims Processing: You independently process claims in supplementary health insurance. This includes reviewing and handling reimbursement requests, particularly dental invoices as well as treatment and cost plans, and ensuring the appropriate payment of benefits.
