Your profile:
• You have a degree in veterinary technology
• And you have several years of experience working in a veterinary practice
• Alternatively, you have a sound commercial education and relevant practical experience in the veterinary field
• You have very good written and spoken German skills (B2/C1)
• You are reliable, able to work independently, and have a strong customer focus

Your responsibilities:
You will play a key role in ensuring that policyholders of a German insurance company receive competent, reliable, and transparent support with their applications and benefits. This includes the following tasks:
• Application and contract management: You will be responsible for the comprehensive processing of application and contract procedures in pet health insurance. You will independently review contract-related inquiries such as contract changes, extensions, and cancellations.
• Benefit processing: You will independently process benefit claims in pet health insurance. This includes reviewing and processing reimbursement claims and paying out these benefits.
