Technical Claims Adjuster RO - Automotive Claims Expert

We are looking for a new Technical Claims Adjuster with a proven background in the automotive industry (technical expertise in motor vehicles) to join our international team, to coordinate the claims handling process with our Romanian clients.

• Strong automotive technical knowledge with the ability to analyze diagnostic reports, repair estimates, and service documentation.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills – ability to identify root causes of defects and support technically sound claim assessments.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach
• Attention to detail and sound judgment – especially when handling complex or disputed claims.
• English language at least on B2 level

• Review technical documentation (diagnostics, repair estimates, service reports) and assess vehicle claims from a technical perspective.
• Identify the root cause of vehicle issues and support fair, accurate claim decisions – especially in complex or disputed cases.
• Act as a technical expert and trusted partner for service centers, dealers, and internal teams when explaining claim decisions.
• Support cost-effective claim handling by spotting unnecessary or non-covered repairs and recommending the right technical solutions.
• Cooperate closely with the international Claims team to align decisions, share insights, and improve processes.
• Visit service centers or meet partners/customers when needed to validate cases and resolve more complex situations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues, trends, and opportunities to enhance service quality.
