Providing effective and professional guidance to SUPERVIZOR projects
People and task management of on site team and resources
Working closely and supporting the management team to ensure that the same standards are being delivered across the portfolio and to share best practice.
Work closely with Property Management teams to identify saving solutions and driven to meet internal deadlines.
Using and coaching Client staff to ensure their involvement (inclusion and buy-in) in any project or change work.
Ensure all statutory requirements are met and that there are no exposures to health & safety issues.
Contribution to business results and profit – remaining within budget and raising the profile of company in the SUPERVIZOR industry.
Develop and maintain excellent client relationship based on open and honest communication.
Service Quality and Delivery
Pro-active and innovative approaches demonstrated.
Service Management – effective administration and billing
Good communication – responsive to the requirements and changes

Technical oriented skills (HVAC/Electrical/Repairs)
Relevant experience with team supervision
Several years of experience working in a technical or maintenance position
Fluency in English – mandatory
Requires specialist knowledge and high degree of initiative, creativity and wide scope for discretion.
Ability to influence and hold a position in a debate
Good Team Player and supervisor
Able to command credibility and be able to influence Skills
Customer Focus
Commercial and financial awareness in a client environment
