• Ensure technical availability of machines + maintenance, ensure the achievement of KPI targets
• Professional and organizational leadership of improvement projects

• Lead the development and implementation of future projects
• Reducing costs for different processes in CLJP
• Continuous improvement of the processes in Tool management to improve the quality and performance indicators
• Increasing maintenance efficiency
• Tracking and closing open points.
• Control and development of technical availability of machines
• Establish standard procedures for analyzing and decreasing downtime and reducing IFC
• Provides active support for the development of the TPM concept
  Provides technical support for operational activities
  Provides support to process engineers for improving MAEs and other applications
  Analyzes and proposes improvements aimed at optimizing energy consumption
