This position is an Account Manager in the telecommunications industry, mainly responsible for independently developing and maintaining relationships with local telecom operators. It involves following up the entire process of major sales projects (negotiation, contract signing, order tracking), collecting market information (customer projects, competitors), feeding back customer needs and coordinating solutions, as well as participating in customer relationship planning and assisting in major project implementation.

Job Responsibilities:
1.Independently expand and maintain relationships with local telecom operators, including gathering customer requirements and project information, while also assisting in the execution of some major projects.
2.Participate in and organize the implementation of customer relationship planning.
3.Handle the complete operations of significant sales projects, including negotiation, contract signing, as well as tracking sales orders.
4.Collect market information, including customer projects and competitors, to provide foundational data and information for marketing and product planning.
5.Collect customer feedback and relay it to relevant departments for coordination and resolution.
Job Requirements:
1. Education background: Bachelor degree or above, telecommunication, computer and other related majors are preferred
2.Work experience: At least 2 years of working experience in sales, market development and technical support within the telecommunications industry.
3. Language ability: proficient in English
4. Personality characteristics: Good teamwork and communication skills
