We are looking for a talented and ambitious Senior Strategic Account Manager to join our QCommerce team and drive our grocery partners' growth. THE JOURNEY
- Build and maintain relationships with Top Glovo’s Partners in the country - establish excellent relationships through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement (meetings and business reviews).
- Draw and execute plans, making your partners grow through deep technical understanding of Q-commerce delivery model, marketing activations and assortment performance (e.g., selling items, Average Order Value, Conversion Rate, etc.).
- Be responsible for our partners business performance, analyze their main KPIs and ensure growth.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to present to partners / use as source of operational improvements.
- Get feedback from our partners and translate it into product, marketing and operations improvement.
- Onboard new partners on our platform by providing them all the necessary tools and information.
- Meet monthly and quarterly objectives defined by the company.
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.

- Significant experience (3+ years) in high-performance account management or Business Consultancy roles. Bonus points if you're coming from the FMCG or Retail industry.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills in a growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace.
- Ability to work both independently, to take responsibility for actions and to collaborate as part of a team goals is required
- Computer literate, good knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office, Excel
- Excellent communication skills in English and Romanian.
- Capability for problem solving and quick decision making
- Strong Commercial and negotiation skills.
- Good communication, strong relationship building and presentation skills
- Project management skills, highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach
- Responsiveness, adaptation, and flexibility

Glovo is an on-demand delivery app that allows users to order, send, and receive anything. The app's most popular service is food delivery, which allows users to find and place orders from their favorite restaurants, then have them picked up and delivered to their door by Glovo couriers.
In addition to the food category, the application also includes other categories such as shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, drinks, with which users can choose according to their wishes and needs. In addition, the application also offers the “anything” button through which users can order anything they want, provided that it does not exceed 9 kg and fits within the dimensions of the delivery person's bag, but also the “express courier” category that allows the delivery of envelopes, packages, documents, the recovery of objects forgotten at home, at the office or at friends' (glasses, keys, bags, etc.), in less than an hour.
Originally, Glovo is a Spanish start-up that was founded by Oscar Pierre and Sacha Michaud in 2015 in Barcelona. Globally, the application has over 1 million users and 5600 partners and is active in more than 20 countries around the world, with new cities to follow in the coming period.
In Romania, Glovo launched in May 2018 and was a great success, delivering over 3.8 million orders in its first 18 months of operation, most of which were placed for restaurants, supermarkets and courier services. Currently, the application is active in 14 cities in Romania, namely: Bucharest, Cluj, Timisoara, Iasi, Brasov, Craiova, Constanta, Sibiu, Arad, Ploiesti, Baila, Galati, Oradea and Pitesti.
