Your experience & skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in an e-commerce environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills are preferred, knowledge about XML and data feeds is a plus.
- Experience with selling on major marketplaces like eBay, Amazon, etc. is a plus.
- Ability to quickly learn and work with new backend systems and software. Hands-on mentality and ability to take on several projects at once.
- Bachelor’s degree in business studies or other related studies.

Responsibilities:
- Be the point of contact for our big dropshipping clients. Investigate the local market, work with the marketing team, and participate in events to onboard more potential leads.
- Analyze the account’s potential and create a sales growth plan for accounts.
- Monitor your countries’ sales and proactively look for potential accounts to work with.
- Implement account manager’s basic tasks, such as improving account listings and account crossborder selling.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to accounts in a timely manner.
- Research and identify new potential accounts based on your knowledge of ecommerce.
- Work with customer service to define a good service to accounts.
