• Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken)
• Comfortable handling client presentations, feedback and challenging conversations

Job Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, collaborators and internal teams
• Act as the main communication bridge between clients and creative teams
• Identify opportunities within existing accounts and support upselling initiatives
• Manage projects from contract signing through final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are respected
