Your profile:

  • Proven experience in sales or key account management, ideally in pet food, FMCG, or related industries.
  • Based in Sofia or within Bulgaria, with a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
  • Strong negotiation skills and confident, persuasive communication style.
  • Customer‑oriented with excellent relationship‑building abilities.
  • Structured, independent working style and solution‑oriented, even in challenging situations.
  • Genuine passion for pets and their well‑being (strong plus).

Job Description

Your mission:
As our Key Account Manager, you will drive the expansion of our premium brand in Bulgaria. You will build and develop long‑term partnerships, identify new opportunities, and establish the brand as a market leader in the pet care / FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full ownership and strategic development of the Bulgarian market.
  • Management and expansion of key accounts (specialist pet retailers, chains, veterinarians, distributors).
  • Identification and acquisition of new business partners and distribution channels.
  • Development and execution of sales & marketing strategies tailored to the local market.
  • Planning and implementation of customer visits, trade fairs, sales events and promotional activities.
  • Conducting product presentations, training sessions and on‑site demonstrations.
  • Continuous market and competitor analysis to support business decisions.
  • Close collaboration with international headquarters and internal sales teams.
