This role will require you to:
• Negotiate and implement commercial terms with existing and new suppliers.
• Coordinate the implementation of the furnishing plan (equipment and furniture for the sales area/social spaces) for BIPA stores.
• Prepare the annual budget for fixed assets, equipment purchases, and inventory items, and monitor the execution of the approved monthly budget.
• Regularly update the order manual (products, prices, suppliers).
• Prepare and send orders to the assigned suppliers.
• You follow the procurement process from order placement to completion, according to internal procedures.
• Receive materials on your own behalf or through maintenance technicians/warehouse managers.
• Manage material stocks from your own and rented warehouses.
• Prepare specific reports and analyses.
• Occasionally develop new products that complement the current store concept or provide support in existing processes.
