Project buyer After Market

· You have completed your studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification and have already gained substantial professional experience in project procurement, ideally at an automotive supplier.

· You are experienced in using SAP and common MS Office applications and have business-fluent English skills, both written and spoken.

· Personally, you are characterized by your strong communication skills; in addition, you are open to new and diverse tasks and remain composed even in busy work situations.

· You are highly organized and stand out due to your independent and motivated working style.

· Enjoyment of successful teamwork and willingness to travel for work complete your profile.

Responsabilities

· You are responsible for the optimal fulfillment of project requirements and the success of the project.
· You take on the organization, coordination, and optimization of all worldwide procurement-related activities as well as the management of supplier-related processes.
· You assist in contract negotiations, coordinate necessary delivery and timelines within the project, and ensure timely delivery.
· You initiate purchasing processes and create analyses (which may require technical understanding) as well as regular reports to present the purchasing status in customer projects, including escalating issues when project success is at risk.
· You coordinate and align purchasing activities with the project team to avoid delivery delays.
· You work closely with internal interface departments.
