The ideal candidate has:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or a related field
- Good written and spoken English
- Strong Excel skills (including VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables)
- Logical and analytical thinking
- Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Experience as a Buyer/Purchasing Specialist — preferably in logistics or supply chain (a plus)

- Purchase electronic components and prepare purchasing documents.
- Follow up on orders, ensure on‑time delivery, and maintain communication with suppliers.
- Handle shortages, warehouse discrepancies, and invoice issues.
- Monitor open orders, track delivery performance, and take corrective actions when needed.
- Manage the full procurement cycle from supplier inquiry to goods receipt.
- Deliver periodic reports on procurement activities and the status of supplier relationships across the organization.
