As Quality Officer, you are the expert in your field, Healthcare. You monitor and guarantee compliance with applicable laws and regulations across H.Essers. You achieve this by supporting the operations and their managers in various ways.

What this means specifically:

• To guarantee good quality to our customers and thereby meet the legal standards, you manage and optimize the quality systems daily. As an administrative talent, you know how to perform these tasks meticulously
• As soon as a new customer is implemented, you support this project from a quality point of view
• As a liaison between our operations and the customer, you process and investigate complaints regarding quality-related issues. In terms of quality, YOU are the SPOC
• The preparation and supervision of external audits on the one hand and the execution and follow-up of internal audits on the other hand, provide the necessary challenge
• You share your knowledge and experience with your colleagues by means of training/education in the field of quality
